I’m currently building Mellies, a functional snack brand based in New York — a new-format marshmallow reengineered around better ingredients and added function, without losing what made the original fun.
The bet: a beloved, nostalgic format that the better-for-you shift in CPG left behind. Mellies brings it forward — cleaner inputs, a functional angle, and a brand that feels current rather than retro.
