Verdict. I installed it for newsletter visuals. My architecture diagram tools don’t do Sankeys, Wardley maps, flywheels, fishbones or per-brand styling, and this does.
what it is
A Claude Code plugin with one skill and no hooks. It produces static HTML and SVG diagrams with no build step. Brand onboarding fetches a site’s homepage and saves a named profile, and a .diagram-design marker in each project picks which profile to use.
/plugin marketplace add cathrynlavery/diagram-design
/plugin install diagram-design@diagram-design
how I use it
Installed on 2026-09-27 after a scan of the top ten skill repos, for diagrams in Brick & Code.
what I found
- Its only outbound call is Google Fonts in exported SVG, so the files render standalone.
- PNG export needs Playwright (
pip install playwright && playwright install chromium). - The README recommends turning on marketplace auto-update. I left it off and update by hand.
- It had 42,575 stars on 2026-09-27, GitHub API.
